Your account and work

Use an email address you control, keep your sign-in details private and use the service only for lawful work. You retain ownership of the recipes and supplier information you enter. You permit us to store and process that information to provide the app, synchronization and recovery features described in our privacy information.

Check costs before using them

MenuMargin helps estimate ingredient costs and gross profit from your quantities and buying prices. Invoice recognition can make mistakes. Check the source invoice and review the selected products, pack sizes, quantities and prices before import. Linked supplier-price changes can recost existing recipes. Gross profit shown excludes labour, overheads and waste; VAT warnings must be resolved for your own costing approach.

Availability and recovery

Cloud saves and account recovery require a working connection. A device save is not a confirmed cloud save. Browser storage can be removed by browser settings or eviction. Keep account backups for work you need to recover. We may update the app to fix problems; support can help investigate errors, but do not erase unsynced device data as an update step.

Support and closing your account

Use the support and deletion-request instructions to report a problem or request account closure. We verify account requests before acting. Any paid subscription offering will require its price, renewal and cancellation information at signup; payment setup is separate from this candidate build. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.
